Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia, praying therein for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2, 3 & 4 to issue a fresh caste certificate to the petitioner. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2025.(Annexure No. 1)." 3. Upon perusal of the documents, it is clear that an alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner under the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011. 4. In view of the same, we cannot interfere in the matter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appeal under the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011. If such an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks, the authorities concerned are directed to expeditiously hear Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dharmendra Kumar, Maneesh Kumar Chaube Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ibrahim .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko.
