Page No.# 2/3 This is a petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Alimuddin Ahmed, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.29/2023, registered under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It appears that a complaint case being Complaint Case No.29/2023 was registered under the NIA Act, wherein, the present petitioner has been named as accused. It also appears that summons was issued against the petitioner and being out of station his parents did not receive the said summons. Subsequently, NBWA was also issued vide order dated 18.06.2025 and the next date of appearance is fixed on 22.08.2025. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Trial Court and face the trial and seeks interim protection to enable him to do so. Considering the facts and circumstances, it is provided that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed and in such event, the petitioner, namely, Alimuddin Ahmed, shall be released on pre-arrest bail, in connection with the above noted case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject, to the following conditions:- (i) That the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court.
