Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.260 of 2024 under sections 65(1) BNS and under section 5L/6 POCSO Act, P.S. Nasirabad, District Rae Bareli. 3. It is argued that the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 09.10.2025. Subsequently, the charges were altered. The applicant has not misused the bail, as such, the applicant is also entitled for the bail in the newly altered charges also. 4. The sureties furnished earlier shall be the valid surety in the present section also. 5. The bail application is allowed.
