Heard Sri Alok Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Maynak Sinha, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. This is an application seeking cancellation of the order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail application No. 11774 of 2024, granting bail to the opposite party no.2 in Case Crime No. 0273 of 2024, under Sections 323, 344, 363, 366, 376, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh. 3. The applicant is complainant in the aforesaid order and he is seeking cancellation of the bail order on the ground that the accused-opposite party no.2 is misusing the liberty of bail. The victim has gone missing since 02.06.2025 and the applicant believes that the accused has again the abducted the victim. 4. The learned A.G.A has submitted on the basis of written instructions provided to him that the alleged victim has gone with the accused person out of her own free will. She came to the police station on 19.11.2025 and gave statement that she has gone with the accused person out of her own free will and she is residing with him as his wife. The victim was major, at the time of going with the accused person. 5. From the aforesaid statement made by the victim, it appears that no Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Alok Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. X Compl. Of Fir No. 273/2024 .....Applicant(s) Sttae Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) case for cancellation of the bail granted to the opposite party no.2 is made out.The application for cancellation of bail is dismissed accordingly. 6.
