V UMA DEVI The Court made the following: ORDER:- Heard Ms. N.Sahithi Aparna, learned counsel representing Ms. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. V.Uma Devi, learned counsel for the 1st respondent. 2. It is stated that against the order passed in W.P.No.9114 of 2021, the respondents have filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.108 of 2026. The said writ appeal was disposed of on 16.03.2026, granting liberty to the respondents herein to pass a fresh order in accordance with law and in compliance with the order dated 31.08.2020. In view of the same, respondents would submit that the fresh orders would be passed in terms of W.A.No.108 of 2026. As the order passed in the writ petition has merged with the order passed in the writ appeal, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the order passed in the writ petition. 3. Having regard to the same, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
