Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the following substantial relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing and commanding the opposite parties No. 2 & 3, to issue the certificate of registration of the clinical establishment situated at Ull River Bridge, Mahewaganj Road, Saidhari, Lakkhimpur Kheri, under the name and style of 'Royal Care Multispecialty Hospital', Lakhimpur Kheri." 3. Upon hearing the counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the authority concerned should pass a reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner on the application for certificate of registration sought by the petitioner. 4. The entire process should be completed within a period of eight weeks from date. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
