Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicants seek bail in FIR/Case Crime No.459 of 2025, under section 2/3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters Act, P.S. Gosaiganj, District Sultanpur. 3. In the present case only sole case has been shown in the gang chart against the applicants in which they are on bail. The co-accused is also on bail. 4. Considering the said fact and that the applicants are in custody since 18.8.2025, they are entitled to be enlarged on bail. Thus, the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicants, Salman and Saddam Husain, be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to their furnishing personal bonds and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicants shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicants shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
