None appears for the petitioners to press this public interest litigation. 2. Sri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission says that as regards the relief-(a) tariff was fixed for generating units for the period 2009-2014, a copy of which is annexed as annexure no-13. 3. As regards relief-(b), if the petitioner is not satisfied with the existing tariff and has locus standi in the matter the same could be challenged by an appeal under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the writ petition would not be maintainable in this regard. 4. As regards relief-C it is a relief consequential to relief-(b). 5. It appears that with the passage of time the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the cause of action, however, we leave it open for the concerned or aggrieved to pursue other remedies in this regard as may be statutorily prescribed. 6. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
