Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024, corresponding G.R. No. 498 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.1092 of 2025 by order dated 10.02.2025. On 26.04.2024, batteries were stolen from BSNL Tower, situated in village Jabra. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has submitted that the stolen batteries were recovered from the godown of one Zakir Ansari on the pointing out of this petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is an accused of as many as 18 cases of similar nature.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
