Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 03.10.2025 received from Sri Yogendra Pratap Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Safipur, District Unnao, which have been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that on the basis of compromise, Final Report No.35/2024 dated 15.08.2024 has been filed in the concerned Court on 02.12.2024, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. 5. Dismissed accordingly. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
