Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- "[I] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to forthwith grant pay-scale of Rs. 5,000-8,000/- in the light of Government order dated 03.09.2001 as well as directed to refund the salary deducted from the petitioners along with interest, in the interest of justice." 3.
