Heard Sri Ved Prakash Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Srivastava, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the Additional Development Officer (Panchayat), Development Block Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow to decide the petitioner's application under Section 5 and 6 of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Registers) Rules, 19 requesting for inclusion of her name in pariwar register of late Nand Lal. 3. The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State on the basis of instructions received by him has submitted that the recommendation has already been forwarded for taking action on the petitioner's application and a final order will be passed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
