(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.111 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 506 and 120-B IPC and Section 16/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2517 of 2022, was rejected on 11.04.2023. The second bail application, being BA2 No.297 of 2025, was also rejected on 20.11.2025. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 2 5. The bail application is rejected.
