The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 06.05.2024, the copies of which are produced at Annexure – D and E. 2. It is a case of the petitioners that the property in question was divided and demarcated in a final decree proceedings, i.e., FDP No.142/2014 and, the sketch prepared by the surveyor was also a part of the decree. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9358 WP No. 4785 of 2025 3. It is also the case of the petitioners that in respect of some of the decree holders, the khata has been registered, but only in the case of the petitioners, the respondents are not taking any action. 4. In the light of the fact that the final decree is based on a sketch prepared by the surveyor and the Authorities have also registered the khata in respect of certain decree holders, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.4 to consider the case of the petitioners in respect of the khata in the light of the decree passed by the Trial Court along with the sketch which is a part of the decree and also taking into consideration that khata has already been registered on the basis of this very decree in respect of other decree holders. 5.
