It is represented by both sides that the compensation of the subject matter has been awarded and the claimants have withdrawn insofar as the principal amount is considered. However, now the remaining issue to be decided is with regard to the releasing/withdrawing the interest accrued on the principal amount. Since the amount has already been withdrawn, for the present, this Court feels that nothing survives for adjudication insofar as the interest is concerned as the same is the part and parcel of the principal amount.
