During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner bring to the notice of this Court that in the identical situations, this Court has passed order in W.P.No.20927 of 2025 on 11.02.2026 by disposing the Writ Petition and the issue involved in this Writ Petition is identical to the issue involved in W.P.No.20927 of 2025 and prayed to pass the same order. 4. On perusal of the order dated 11.02.2026 in W.P.No.20927 of 2025, this Court has disposed of the Writ Petition and the issue involved in this Writ Petition is identical to the issue involved in W.P.No.20927 of 2025. 5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to continue the petitioner and if the respondents are not 4 inclined to continue the services, the same may be done after following the prescribed procedure by providing the opportunity of personal hearing. No costs. Registry is directed to tag a copy of order dated 11.02.2026 in W.P.No.20927 of 2025, to this Writ Petition.
