Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in paragraphs 13 & 14 of the counter affidavit states that a final report dated 30.10.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law.
