The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; "(a) Issue a writ in the nature of the certiorari quashing the order bearing No.SaKaaNilm (Vi)/SaLe/HiSa/Sa/KiSa/Ka/4202-05 dated 13.02.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent for payment of a sum of Rs.17,97,512/-, apart from Rs.5,20,262/- and in all Rs.23,17,774/- vide Annexure-P, passed by the authority, and (b) For costs and any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interests of justice." - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15235 WP No. 15512 of 2019 2. Memo dated 08.04.2025 has been filed, signed by the learned for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The petitioner submits that in the Consumer Redressal Forum passed an order to pay Rs.2,06,671/- with the scheme of supply will be change to LT3 instead of LT5. The petitioner has deposited Rs.2,60,000/- in pursuance of the order passed. The petitioner will pursue his remedies for change of plan to LT3 instead of LT5. The petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the above petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in appropriate forum in this behalf.
