This is an application for enlargement of the applicant, namely, Jagannath Yadav on short term bail involved in FIR No.419/2019, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 324, 504, 506, 120B, 34 I.P.C. lodged at Police Station-Gosainganj, District-Sultanpur. 3. The applicant is incarcerated in District Jail-Bhadohi. Marriage of his only daughter is to be solemnized on 30.11.2025 as accepted by Sri Ravish Chandra Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State on the basis of instructions. Hence, this short term bail application. 4. The regular bail applications have already been rejected interalia noticing his criminal history etc, however, considering the fact that marriage of only daughter of the applicant is to be solemnized on 30.11.2025 at applicant's paternal house in Village-Pandeypur Surauli, P.S.-Gosainganj, District-Sultanpur, U.P., and trial is still pending, therefore, it is provided that applicant, namely, Jagannath Yadav involved in FIR No.419/2019, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 324, 504, 506, 120B, 34 IPC, Police Station-Gosaiganj, District-Sultanpur shall be taken in police custody to attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter and Kanyadan etc associated with it from 10:00 A.M of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Chandra Shekher Pandey, Paritosh Shukla, Sukh Deo Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A, Basant Pandey, Devansh Vikram Singh, Durgesh Kumar Shukla Jagannath Yadav .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) 30.11.2025 (Sunday) till 10:00 A.M. of 01.12.2025 (Monday) when he shall be brought back to jail. The applicant shall not be allowed to travel outside the premises of the house where marriage ceremony is to take place and this facility is being provided only to facilitate participation of the applicant in the marriage of the only daughter and to perform the ceremonies connected therewith such as Kanyadan etc. Suitable arrangement shall be made by the Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur, Superintendent of Police, Bhadohi and Jail Superintendent, District Jail- Bhadohi to facilitate the aforesaid. The applicant shall be kept in strict vigil of police personnel who shall accompany him and shall ensure that applicant does not indulge in any untoward / criminal activity while he is in police custody. 5. Sri Ravish Chandra Mishra, learned A.G.A. shall communicate this order immediately to the Jail Superintendent of the jail concerned where applicant is lodged for compliance along with its communication to such other authorities as may be necessary including Superintendent of Police concerned. 6.
