No representation for the petitioner. Mr. Narayan Dutt, Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Petitioner is serving as Village Panchayat Development Officer. She was transferred from Block Sahaspur to Block Kalsi of District Dehradun by Chief Development Officer vide order dated 10.06.2024. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Coordinate Bench of this Court passed an interim order dated 16.07.2024 on the strength of which, petitioner is still continuing at Sahaspur. Admittedly, petitioner was transferred as per condition of her service. There is no allegation of infraction of rules or malice, made in the writ petition. 4. Law is well settled that in cases of transfer, judicial interference should be minimum. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to make representation, regarding her transfer to the competent authority. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make 2025:UHC:11140 representation against her transfer to the Chief Development Officer. If she makes such representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within six weeks thereafter. 6. For a period of eight weeks or till decision is taken on the representation, whichever is earlier, status quo, qua petitioner’s posting shall be maintained. However, in case of failure on part of the petitioner to submit representation within stipulated time, then she will not be entitled to the protection of this order.
