(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.475 of 2022, dated 25.06.2022, under Sections 376, 376(d), 376(d)(b), 363, 366, 366-A and 34 IPC and Sections 5(g)(m)/6 and 16/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. It is third bail application of the applicant. His first and second bail applications have already been rejected on 21.02.2024 and 27.08.2024 respectively. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
