Sachin Alias Gunda, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Laksar, District Haridwar, arising out of FIR No.496 of 2023, under Sections 323, 342, 307, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Laksar, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2806 of 2023, was rejected on 20.05.2024. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
