By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Haraiya, District Basti, to expeditiously decide Suit No. 46/11/2021 (Computerized Case No. T2021171440108081), dated 09.03.2021, titled Gangaram and Others vs. Ramnaresh and Others, filed under Section 133 Cr.P.C., within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid proceedings have been pending since 2021, with no substantial progress to date. It is, therefore, prayed that an appropriate direction be issued to respondent no. 2 for expeditious disposal of the case within a fixed timeframe. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide Suit No. 46/11/2021 (Computerized Case No. T2021171440108081), dated 09.03.2021, titled Gangaram and Others vs. Ramnaresh and Others, in accordance with law, expeditiously- preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
