CMP No. 8364/2026 The present application under Order 32, Rule 12, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been filed by applicants/respondents No. 2 & 4 for discharging their natural guardian, as they have attained the age of majority. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by the affidavits of both the applicants and also taking into consideration the fact that the applicants have now attained the age of majority, as is evident from their Matriculation Certificates, appended with the application, wherein date of birth of applicant/respondent No. 2 Shreya Verma has been mentioned as 22.01.2004 and date of birth of ….2…. applicants/respondent No. 4 Ranjana Verma has been mentioned as 20.04.2006, the present application is allowed and natural guardianship of applicants/respondents No. 2 & 4 is ordered to be discharged and they are permitted to pursue the case in their own capacity. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 8363/2026 Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant prays for and is granted two weeks’ time to file reply to the application.
