Heard Mr. Sudeep Seth learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Sridhar Awasthi learned counsel for petitioners. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to get the short hand transcription sheet of the petitioners examined by any short hand expert for the correct assessment of the dictation transcribed by the petitioners in the selection process of U.P. Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential- Vigilance), Police Sub-Inspector (Clerk) and Police Assistant Inspector (Accounts) direct recruitment-2020, as to meet the ends of justice. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to consider the selection of the petitioners on the post of U.P. Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential- Vigilance) in the selection process of U.P. Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential- Vigilance), Police Sub-Inspector (Clerk) and Police Assistant Inspector (Accounts) direct recruitment-2020 in case short hand expert finds the short hand dictation as transcribed by the petitioners in accordance with the parameter of the short hand dictation test fixed by the authorities. " 3. Since prayer No.1 as sought would be within domain of executive discretion, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representations before competent authority/ concerned opposite party who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Deepak Singh, Sridhar Awasthi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. In case shorthand transcription sheets are examined by any experts and petitioners qualified for same, their grievance regarding prayer No.2 shall also be considered within a period of six weeks from the date report of the expert is received by the concerned authority. 4.
