Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher at GPS Bhagaini, Education Block Aut, District Mandi. His case is that he has preferred a representation to respondent No.2 on 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-2), seeking inter-district transfer under 5% quota in terms of the policy notified by the respondents on 20.11.2021. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and the policy notified on 20.11.2021, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
