Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under section 482 BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Jalaluddin seeking pre arrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police personnel of Dalgaon police station have been visiting the petitioner’s house, although he has no information regarding any registration of case. A report was called for. 4. Pursuant thereof, a communication dated 20.08.2025 has been received from the Dalgaon PS in which it has been stated that no case has been registered against the petitioner nor any FIR has been filed in the police station as of now. 5. In view of the same, any apprehension of arrest in a non bailable case is unfounded and the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid terms. 6.
