Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 01/09/2025 1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 15.3.2023 and 30.9.2022. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the Respondent authorities with respect to present case of the petitioner. 10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 15.03.2023 passed by the 3 respondent no.1 (Annexure P-1). 10.3. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-6) passed by the respondent no.1 (Annexure P-1) and direct the respondent authority to allow the petitioner to continue at District Hospital, Rajnandgaon (CG). 10.4. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also be awarded to the Petitioner including the cost of the petition." 3. Vide order dated 9.5.2023, order of status quo was granted to the petitioner by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such the order transferring the petitioners, by the afflux of time, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 15.3.2023 and 30.9.2022 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge are hereby quashed. 5. Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that the petitioner as well as respondent No. 4 are working on the same post in the same office as such State is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4 6.
