Heard Sri Raman Deep Sarna, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that regarding solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2, their family members have no objection and they are leading their life peacefully being husband and wife, hence there is hardly any cause of action available in favour of the petitioners for pursuing the instant petition. 5.
