3. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement at the bar that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition.
4. The prayer so made is granted.
5. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, it is made clear that the petitioner may avail the remedy available to him in respect of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 997 of 2023, in which he was not a party.
