JUSTICE S.N.PATHAK For the Petitioner : Mr. Sumit Prakash, Advocate For the Opp. Parties : Mr. Gaurav Raj, AC to AAG-II ---------- 05/ 07.01.2025 Heard the parties. It has been very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court has already been complied with. It has been further submitted that inadvertently, the show-cause could not be filed and seeks permission to file the same within a period of one week. Permission is accorded. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not object to the same. In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties it appears order of the Court has been complied with though show-cause to that effect has not been filed. As such, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties and hence, the same is dropped. Resultantly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of. Opposite parties are directed to file the show-cause within a period of one week. (Dr. S.N. Pathak, J.) kunal
