Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.45 of 2025 under section 103(1), 3(5) BNS, P.S. Raunahi, District Ayodhya. 3. It is argued that the co-accused Ravi @ Ravi Goswami was enlarged on bail vide order dated 30.10.2025 passed in Bail Application No.6248 of 2025. 4. As the allegations are similar to the said co-accused who has been granted bail and the applicant has no criminal history, on the ground of parity, the applicant is also entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
