Kaushik, has produced an Order dated 14.09.2023 passed by the Director, Secondary Education and submits that the Order of this Court dated 10.06.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 5670/2017 has been complied with. Page No.# 2/2 Mr. R. S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, also acknowledges the submission. In view of above, the contempt petition stands closed. The copy of the Order dated 14.09.2023 made by the Director of Secondary Education, produced by Mr. B. Kaushik, shall be retained on record and marked as “x” for identification.
