This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to extend of the passport of the petitioner i.e. issued for only 30.12.2024 upto 29.12.2025 only one year bearing passport no. 6091468 upto 10 years. (ii) Issue any suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that identical issue had already been considered and decided by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ - C No. 41540 of 2023 (Pawan Kumar Rajbhar Vs. Union of India & 2 Ors. vide judgement and order dated January 19, 2024 [Neutral Citation No.- 2024:AHC:26720-DB]), therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of, on the same terms and conditions. 4. Learned counsels for the respondents do not dispute that the controversy involved in this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgement. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of, in terms of the judgement and order dated January 19, 2024 passed in the case of Pawan Kumar Rajbhar (Supra). 6.
