Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Aluru Police Station, Kurnool wherein it is stated that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.1695 of 2022 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Alur and that the case is posted to 30.05.2025 for the appearance of the accused. 3. In view of the fact that after completion of investigation a charge sheet vide C.C.No.1695 of 2022 has already been filed on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Alur, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
