The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that order dated 19.10.2022, passed in WPSS No. 2009 of 2022, Urba Dutt Rikhari Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others has been wilfully disobeyed by the respondents, by which, the Court had given liberty to the petitioner to make a representation claiming regularization to Competent Authority and, thereafter, the Competent Authority was directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided on 31.10.2025. The Court takes on record the Written Instructions, as received by the learned State Counsel which is tendered for perusal of the Court.
