Notice to the respondent nos. 5 & 6 is hereby dispensed with as the writ petition is being decided at the admission stage. Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 3 to consider the promotion of the petitioner on the post of Lecturer in Education in R.D. Inter College, Suchittaganj, Ayodhya, District- Ayodhya." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no.4/District Inspector of Schools, Ayodhya is directed to decide the representation dated 25.10.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, Rashmi Pandey, Swadha Gupta Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
