Present C482 application has been filed by the applicant along with the Compounding Application (IA/5/2024) for quashing the entire proceedings of Crl. Case No.10110/2021 (FIR No.0334 of 2020), State v. Ankit Kumar and others, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar. 2. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2024 directed the parties to the proceedings to appear before the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Haridwar on 12.11.2024 at 10:30 A.M., who, in turn, was directed to take their Aadhar Cards for identification of the parties and also will verify and authenticate the contents of the compounding application by recording their statements. 3. The compliance report of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Haridwar dated 07.11.2024 is available on record. 4. From perusal of the compliance report, it is evidently clear that both the parties have entered into compromise and there is no dispute pending between them as they have settled their disputes amicably. Parties were also duly identified before the said authority. 2025:UHC:118 2 5. In this view of the matter, Compounding Application (IA/5/2024) is allowed. As a result, entire proceedings of Crl. Case No.10110/2021 (FIR No.0334 of 2020), State v. Ankit Kumar and others, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar, are hereby quashed. 6.
