Date : 20/06/2025 ORAL ORDER When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present however, with the assistance of the learned APP, petition is taken up for hearing. By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondent agency to give 15 days’ prior notice before effecting arrest of the petitioner. It is needless to say that no such blanket protection is permissible considering the statutory provisions of law. Hence, no case is made out to issue any direction in exercise of power under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and therefore, present petition is dismissed.
