OMP No.792/2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of order dated 02.04.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in Arbitration Appeal No. 17/2025 and OMP No.70/2025 filed therein, wherein subject to deposit of entire awarded amount by 31.05.2025 alongwith up-to-date interest, operation of decision in Arbitration Case No. 192/2024 (General Manager, Maharshtra Telecom Circle Vs. M/s Super Plateck Pvt. Ltd.) decided on 03.07.2024, has been stayed. In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the respondent-applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application as petitioner intends to move an application in Arbitration Appeal No. 17/2025 for release of the amount.
