Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to serve copy of the writ petition along with Annexures on the learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this is the third round of litigation at the hands of the petitioner. Earlier an opportunity was given to the petitioner to approach the Bank for OTS or to get account regularized by paying the out standing EMI. Learned counsel submits that the sale is scheduled to be held today and therefore, no indulgence should be shown by this Court. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners however submits that the property in question is a residential premises and therefore, respondent should be directed not to confirm the sale. 6. Respondent-Bank is directed not to confirm the sale for a period of two weeks to enable the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal to seek any relief in accordance with law.
