By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief:-
“That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-9).”

While referring to the representation dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-9), learned counsel representing the petitioner states that his client would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide pending representation in a time bound manner.

While putting appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General states that he is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide pending representation dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate order, taking note of the fact that petitioner has been working as Pre. Primary Teacher since 2018. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. p
