A case has been registered against the petitioner/A1 to A3 for the offence punishable u/Sec.7-B r/w 8-C of A.P. Prohibition (Amendment) Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 2. 3. 2 4. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 17.04.2025, as per the instructions of superiors, the S.l of Police, along with staff, rushed to the scene of offence i.e., Back side of Gopi gari boru between bamboo trees and cashew mango trees in the limits of Raghunadhapuram village of Rajanagaram Mandal, and found five plastic drums containing 1000 liters of FJ wash, each drum containing about 200 liters of FJ wash (05x200=1000 liters), which was fit for distillation of ID liquor. When the S.l of Police enquired with some persons present at the scene about owner of the FJ wash drums, they revealed that the FJ wash drums belong to Relangi Srinu @ Pilakadu @ Chinnodu (A1), Veluganti Gangaraju (A2) and Gonaboyina Narayana Murthy (A3). 5. Heard. Perused the record. 6. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that major part of the investigation is completed except filing of charge sheet for want of RFSL report and prays to dismiss the petition. He further submitted that four antecedents are reported against the petitioner/A2 and three antecedents are reported against the petitioner/A3. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are the breadwinners of their respective families, and if they are arrested, their families will be put to starvation and prays to allow the criminal petition. 8. As submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioner/A2 has four antecedents and the petitioner/A3 has three 3 antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A1 to A3 at this stage.
