This application has been preferred by the petitioner namely, Anjuman Page No.# 2/2 Ali under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Mangaldoi P.S. Case No. 131/2025 under Sections 196(1)(b)/ 299 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021. Perused the case diary. It appears that pursuant to the order of the interim pre-arrest bail dated 27.08.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement was recorded. Having regard to the nature of the allegation made in the FIR custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary. Accordingly, prayer for pre- arrest bail is allowed. The interim order dated 27.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions made in the interim order itself. With the above directions, this bail application stands disposed of.
