This Application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.27 of 2021, “State vs. Karambir and Others”, pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun under Sections 147, 323, 342, 504 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2 . Mr. Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 – informant- injured. 5 . All the five applicants are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Ms. Poonam Rauthan, Advocate. 6 . Respondent no.2 is present through video conferencing. He is identified by Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate. 7 . Applicants and the respondent no.2 have submitted that there were private disputes between them. They have settled their disputes and after resolving their disputes, they have filed a Compounding Application (IA No.1 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. 8 . Charge-sheet was filed against the six accused. The present Application has been filed by five accused. The respondent no.2 submitted that the whereabouts of the co- accused Sushil Pal are not known. He is requesting to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No. 27 of 2021. 9 . The said request has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State. 1 0 .
