The present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that the court of learned 4th Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of O.S. No.647 of 2019, “Susheel Sharma Vs. Neetika Goswami and others”, within a stipulation time frame as provided by this Hon’ble Court. 4. The prayer seems to be innocuous. 5. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing a court of learned 4th Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of O.S.
