The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with CID P.S. Case No.41 of 2024, for the offence registered under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120B of the IPC and section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-XVIII cum Special Judge, CID, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and subsequently the name of the petitioner has come. She further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 7.3.2025 and the petitioner is neither the employee of Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation nor the employee of Canara Bank. She submits that the co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.267 of 2025 and other B.As as contained in Annexure-3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of present bail application. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent State has opposed the prayer and submits that a huge amount of defalcation is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he is in custody since 7.3.2025 and the other co-accused persons named in the FIR have been granted regular bail in B.A. No.267 of 2025 and other B.As as contained in Annexure-3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the present bail application, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned A.J.C.-XVIII cum Special Judge, CID, Ranchi in connection with CID P.S.
