Heard Shri Pradyumna, Advocate holding brief of Shri Arun Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record. 2. By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have sought quashing of summoning order dated 21.08.2025 passed by Civil Judge, Jr. Div./F.T.C., Sitapur in Complaint No. 4438 of 2018, Smt. Kismati Vs. Ajay Pal and Others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Hargaon, District - Sitapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till expiry of six weeks or disposal of application for discharge, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps shall be taken against them. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, this application stands disposed of.
