Mrs. Sangeeta Adhikari Patni, Advocate appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant 1 2025:UHC:11050 has filed the present application to direct the IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar to conclude the proceedings of Sessions Trial No.220 of 2023, “State vs. Balwant Singh”, pending under Sections 302, 427 and Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as expeditiously as possible. 4 . The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 5 .
