The petitioner had applied for transfer of patta in his name through online application dated 10.10.2025 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the sale deed registered in his name in Doc. No.3204 of 2025. Since the said application has not been considered, he has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr D. Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of sub division of patta in his favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the objections of any third party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.
